CANCELLATION POLICY
RESCHEDULE OR CANCELATION POLICY: We understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We ask that you give us a minimum 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled within the 48-hour period, you might be charged 10% of the full scheduled service price. If you cannot reschedule or cancel your appointment through the app, please feel free to leave a message and we will get back with you. LATE POLICY: If you’re over 15 mins late your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If you cannot cancel using the app, please call 843-940-1519. Please Note: Your deposit will not be refunded or moved to a new appointment due to you being late.
